Does Trouvaille Lifestyle Shop do custom orders?

Yes we offer any of our runners and textiles in custom sizes.  Many other items in our shop can be customizable as well.  Please send us an email or give us a call to discuss your needs.

Shipping and Handling:  
All online purchases are meticulously packed and shipped within 3 business days using UPS and USPS from Portland, Oregon. All packages are tracked, insured, and packaged with bubble wrap and recycled paper.  All shipments are made within 3 business days of purchase. 

Damages/Defective Merchandise: 
Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. No claims can be made after 48 hours. If for some reason there is damage or defects to your item, please notify us immediately. Email orders to trouvaillehome@gmail.com “ATTN DAMAGE” for a return authorization on damaged items.

Return Policy:  
All sales are final. Prior to your purchase, if you have any questions on any items or need any additional information please contact us via email or phone, and we will be more than happy to provide you with further information.

Trouvaille respects your privacy and will never sell, loan, rent, trade, or give away any personal information that you offer during your visit. Personal information provided is only to be used for the services requested, such as processing an order, and shipping your package to your address.
